Ingredients: Umbrella Gin, sugar syrup, lemons, sparkling water and ice

Ideal glassware: Highball

Garnish: Lemon slice

Method: Shake 50ml of Umbrella Gin, 25ml of freshly-squeezed lemon juice and 25ml of sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker and strain over ice into a highball glass. Top with sparkling water to taste. Garnish with a lemon slice.
