Ingredients: Umbrella Gin, Champagne or sparkling wine, sugar syrup, lemons and ice
Ideal glassware: Champagne glass
Garnish: Lemon twist
Method: Shake 50ml of Umbrella Gin, 25ml of freshly-squeezed lemon juice and 25ml of sugar syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a Champagne glass of your choice and top with Champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.
