Ingredients: Social Bitters, sparkling water and ice
Ideal glassware: Highball
Garnish: Lemon or lime wedge
Method: Botanical and refreshing, stir 5-7 dashes (to taste) into sparkling water over plenty of ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a wedge of lemon or lime.
